Hello, I'm Robert Jay, and I have been in the mortgage industry for 19 years (Started my career back in July of 2004). I am one of the few licensed senior mortgage advisor’s in the country that has actually been an underwriter.
My nickname is “Mr. Invincible” because I know the best program, how we need to structure things, and what we'll need from you to make it a smooth process.
I specialize in VA, FHA, USDA, and Conventional mortgage products like most lenders do, but I stepped it up a notch by simultaneously specializing in “Hard Money” loans for investors, and self-employed clients (No tax returns, and no income docs, and closings in as little as 13 days).
Aside from those options, I also specialize in Commercial loans, and my interest rates are very competitive (5’s and 6’s).
I truly enjoy connecting with my clients, and helping them learn all about the home process, and which options are available. Purchasing a home is one of the most important financial decisions in a persons lifetime, and I treat each client like they are family. I can also do cash out refi's as well.
When I have time outside of the office, I enjoy anything outdoors, especially going to the beach, or to the mountains, surfing, sailing, sky diving, bowling, and poker tournaments. I recently finished in 27th place in the Best Bet $100,000 guaranteed poker tournament out of 950.

I have had the pleasure of being a mortgage loan originator for over 10 years. I enjoy interacting with my clients and helping them learn all about the home loan process. While it can be a lot of information to absorb, I do my very best to break it down into bite-sized pieces. This way you can feel comfortable as you are able to make informed decisions along the way. I work with all types of buyers, but I pride myself on working with first-time home buyers as I really enjoy helping them understand everything. I’ve been in the mortgage industry for over 25 years, but my path here was anything but traditional. I started my career as a professional wrestler in Dallas before moving into radio as a nationally syndicated talk show host covering sports and pop culture. It was during my time hosting a mortgage radio segment that I was offered an opportunity to enter the mortgage business—and I took the leap.
Today, I serve as both a Loan Officer and Loan Counselor, with a passion for helping people navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. Whether you’re buying your first home, refinancing to lower your monthly payment, or looking to tap into your home equity, my goal is simple: make the mortgage process as smooth, honest, and rewarding as possible.

A Little About Me
I’m based in Lewisville, Texas, and when I’m not helping clients, you’ll probably find me doing something that keeps life interesting. I take my custom Star Wars-themed Dodge Chargers to local car shows and use them to support charitable causes. I also volunteer as a mobile DJ, a graphic artist, follow just about every sport imaginable, and consider myself a BBQ enthusiast who is still very much in training!
And yes, I’m a serious Star Wars collector.
Most importantly, I’m a family man. My wife and I have three amazing kids. One is a Doctor, another is a Percussion Director, and the third is a volleyball coach! We also share our home with four lovable rescue pups: Kona, Kahlua, Athena, and Zeus

Hello, my name is Tracy Berdelle and I have been in the mortgage industry for 16 years. I have loved being a part of this industry as I get to work closely with homebuyers. My favorite part of working with them is having the ability to help people buy their homes. It's typically the most important purchased of your life and I love to be a part of it and helping people smoothly through the process. I work hard to get the job done for my clients as effectively as possible by getting things done on time as well as communicating clearly and often. I want my clients to know that I will be prompt, communicative and on time with deadlines as they come up.
My start in mortgages started with the President of Success Lending, Shaun Patrickus. He gave me the opportunity to join this industry in 2005 and I've really found it exciting and rewarding. Also, for 6 years, I did have experience in real estate as I worked as a paralegal for top residential real estate firm Fogarty & Fugate. I feel that having the understanding of the real estate and mortgage side of the business has been really beneficial to my work and to my clients. In addition, I am also able to speak Spanish and work with Spanish speaking clients.
A little about me, when I have free weekends, I love to spend my time with my friends and family as well as riding my horse Toast. I also love to ski, and travel. My favorite places to travel are the mountains and the beach. Other interests of mine involve sports and I am a big fan of the Chicago Blackhawks. Lastly, I am a proud pet owner. I have 4 pets total, 2 dogs - Tux and Bu, Toast (as I mentioned earlier), and my giant goldfish Goldie.

Hello, my name is Matt Lake and I live in Canton, GA, which is about 45 minutes north of Atlanta. I started in the mortgage business in 2000 and have closed thousands of loans over the last 2 decades. My experience and expertise allow me to simplify a complex process, explain guidelines thoroughly and structure to close all types of mortgages. One of my goals with every client is to guide them through the process as easily and stress-free as possible. Hey, my name is Courtney Bownes. I have been in the mortgage industry for two years so far at it has been an amazing experience. My favorite part of working with homebuyers is that I get to be a part of seeing them get the keys to their first home. It is a privilege to be the person that they can go to with questions or concerns as well as being able to guide them through the process.
When it comes to my clients, I will do it all. If a client raises something that I don't know the answer to, I will search high and low for an answer. I work hard to be not just an advisor but a friend to my clients and I work to keep a relationship with them by inviting all of my clients to my BBQs. I'm grateful for how I got my start in the mortgage industry as I did start as a real estate agent. It was working as an agent that taught me the back bone of every offer are the relationships agents have with the loan officers. Through this realization, I determined that I want to make an impact on building amazing relationships with agents and my clients so that we may meet as strangers but we leave as friends.
A little look into my personal life, I'm someone with many passions. My weekends generally consist of hanging out with my family, camping, and showing homes. I also am a big fan of Doctor Who, the Green Bay Packers (my husband is a hardcore Browns fan though for all my Cleveland people), painting, and weather. My happy home is filled with my family of four. With my Browns loving husband, I have 2 kids that are 6 yrs old and 2 years old. Being a mother to my kids is such a joy and I couldn't ask for a better person to raise them with. However, we do have another family member I forgot to mention. Our family enjoys the companionship of a four legged friend. We have a dog named Hank and he is a Doberman/German Shepherd mix.
